Launching the PC Optimum Social Presence

In June 2021, we launched the PC Optimum Instagram account. Ahead of launch, I developed the social strategy and authored a platform-specific playbook to guide content and tone. We rolled out a launch campaign that resonated with the brand’s loyal community, growing the account to 20K followers within the first two months.
